Precast concrete has been become the new generation of commercial building material which replaced traditional site-cast concrete during these years. Precast concrete has won widespread favor in the construction industry due to its durability, flexibility and economic efficiency. As a kind of essential accessory for precast concrete system, precast concrete magnet is applied to fix different embedded parts when pouring concrete.
Classification of Precast Concrete Magnet
The precast concrete magnet can be classified into shuttering magnet, insert magnet, and magnetic chamfer according to their specific usage scenario.
Shuttering magnet is fabricated to fix the side rails and blocks when pouring concrete into the stainless steel plate. Magnetic array will provide a very strong attractive force to adhesive plate, and switching function will be achieved via clamping handle. SDM team collected much useful experience in shuttering magnet, and can provide the suitable solution to customer with the help of simulation software, testing, and manufacture facilities.
Constructors need to reserve many different switches or pipeline holes, and also embedded connecting and lifting cylinder. Insert magnet is served to fix above embedded parts, and its modelling and principle quite similar with regular pot magnet.
Magnetic chamfer is designed to form beveled chamfer on the corners and faces of concrete wall panels. It will securely hold steel chamfer in position of working area relay on integrated magnets. Magnetic chamfer can be divided into steel type and rubber type in accordance with material.
