Rare Earth Countersunk Magnet

Rare Earth countersunk magnet is functional shape of Rare Earth magnet with one end surface show as a standard ring and another end surface gets an angled countersunk hole. It is conventionally measured by its outer diameter, straight hole diameter, major diameter, depth, and angle. The angle generally being 90 degrees. The countersunk hole serves a convenient way to hold the magnets onto either magnetic or non-magnetic working area securely using a matching countersunk screw. Rare Earth countersunk magnets should be magnetized through axial direction.

Classifications of Rare Earth Counstersunk Magnet

Rare Earth countersunk magnets are a general term for SmCo countersunk magnets and Neodymium countersunk magnets. Neodymium magnets exhibit much better magnetic strength and machinability, but weak in corrosion resistance and operating temperature range in comparison to Samarium Cobalt magnets.
