Rare Earth ring magnet is Rare Earth magnet with a concentric hole through its center. Rare Earth ring magnet is generally dimensioned by the outer diameter (O.D.), inner diameter (I.D.), and thickness (T). Rare Earth ring magnets can be magnetized along the axial direction, then N pole and S pole distributed on opposite flat end surface, respectively. Samarium Cobalt magnets are weak in magnetic strength and processability, but possess better high temperature reliability and corrosion resistance in comparison with sintered Neodymium magnets.
